How we work
We work calmly and precisely, with every file visible every week. An estate is a long sequence of small procedural steps. It will not be easy and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can hold to is that every step is done correctly, in order, and that you always know where the estate stands.

An estate needs conveyancing, tax, valuation and statutory advertising. We do not do those in house. We keep a standing network of people who each do one of them daily, and we coordinate them.
